Thanks to all who participated in the CIC Pop-Up Think Tank: Reimagining CTF on July 14, 2016. Community members, advocates, lawyers, and service providers participated in an enriching discussion about DC incarcerated residents and how DC Dept. of Corrections' takeover of the Correctional Treatment Facility (CTF) might be beneficial to their reentry.
