USP Terre Haute Inspection Report with Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Response

USP Terre Haute is a BOP high security, males-only prison located in Terre Haute, Indiana. As of April 30, 2017, USP Terre Haute held 70 men convicted of DC Code offenses. The medium complex facility, FCI Terre Haute, held 4 DC men.

The CIC conducted an onsite inspection of USP Terre Haute on September 22, 2016.  Onsite inspection information, information from BOP, and other information provided to the CIC are contained in the report.
