Volunteers of America (VOA) is a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) located at 5000 E. Monument Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Volunteers of America has provided reentry services for more than forty (40) years. The RRC in Baltimore re-located to its current site in 2013. The DC Corrections Information Council conducted an in-person site visit on May 8, 2024. The reports below contain CIC findings and recommendations, and the facility's response.
