The Department of General Services is temporarily shutting down the steam plant on January 27, 2024. During this shut-down, no heat or hot water will be available at the Video Visitation Center, Central Detention Facility (CDF), or Correctional Treatment Facility (CTF). 

Residents have been informed of the shut-down via notices on their GTL tablets and postings within the unit.
