Dana DeMartino, Program Analyst

Dana DeMartino is a Program Analyst for the DC Corrections Information Council. Prior to joining the CIC, Ms. DeMartino served as an Outreach Specialist at a local nonprofit for individuals experiencing homelessness, connecting residents to resources and supportive services. She has also worked with justice-impacted youth, assisting young adults returning from incarceration in securing stable housing, employment, and finances. She has researched and written on conditions of incarceration, prosecutorial reform, and best practices for programming in carceral settings.

Ms. DeMartino obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Norwich University in 2015. Upon graduation, she served five years in the US Army before leaving to pursue a graduate degree. She received her Master’s of Science in Justice, Law, and Criminology from American University in 2022.
