The District of Coumbia Corrections Information Council (CIC) conducted an inpsection of SFF Hazelton on August 14th - 15th, 2019. Secure Female Facility Hazelton, also known as SFF Hazetlon, is a medium security female facility located in Bruceton Mills, WV, approximately 193 miles outside of DC. As of August 2019 there were 25 women convicted of DC felony code offenses at SFF Hazelton. 

The inspection report includes concerns by DC inmates regarding mass punishment, limited programming availability, lack of medical and dental services, and triple bunking. The BOP's response is located at the bottom of this report.
