Join the DC Corrections Information Council (CIC) again in 2017 in signing postcards for over 4,000 DC residents who are incarcerated in the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP). Maintaining community ties is one way to improve conditions of confinement and successful reentry for justice-involved individuals. Here's an opportunity for the community to send holiday cheer into prisons across the US.
The CIC will have addressed postcards for you to write at four dates and locations between November 29 and December 11.
