Early Prison Release Law Divides DC Leaders

Yesterday NBC 4 aired a segment that focused on the proposed law that would allow convicted felons under the age of 25 who have served a minimum of 15 years to apply for early release from prison. Currently, a law allows felons who committed their crimes before they were 18 years old to apply for early release after serving 15 years, while another proposed law allows felons (IRAA).
