USP Hazelton is part of Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton (FCC Hazelton), which includes Secure Female Facility Hazelton (SFF Hazelton), Federal Correctional Institution Hazelton (FCI Hazelton), and Federal Prison Camp Hazelton (FPC Hazelton). The FCC Hazelton complex is located in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, which is approximately 185 miles from Washington, D.C. The DC Corrections Information Council (CIC) conducted an in-person site visit on September 16 - 18, 2025. The report below contains CIC findings and recommendations.
